   Vitamin A (retinol) - fat soluble vitamins, antioxidants, is essential for vision and bones and the health of the skin, hair, and of the immune system.
   Vitamin A (retinol)  is involved in redox processes, the regulation of the synthesis of proteins, promotes normal metabolism, the functions cellular and subcellular membranes, plays an important role in the formation of bones and teeth and body fat; necessary for the growth of new cells, slows the aging process.
    The best sources vitamin A - fish oil, and liver, the following are among the butter, egg yolk, cream and whole milk. Grain products and skim milk, even with the addition of vitamin sources is unsatisfactory, as well as beef, wherein vitamin A is contained in trace amounts.

  In diseases associated with a deficiency of retinol, the dosage may be increased to 10,000 IU per day.
