What is dysthymia ?
Dysthymia - a so-called chronic subdepression, that is a mental disorder that is very similar to depression, but that is not. Most often, dysthymia starts at a young age.
The symptoms of dysthymia are:
1 Problems with appetite.
2 Problems with sleep.
3 The constant feeling of fatigue and decreased performance.
4 Reduced self-esteem (feeling of inferiority as compared with others).
5 Problems with concentration.
6 Feeling hopeless and pessimistic view of life.
